thorough work-out. Cardio Kickbox is a form of non-contact aerobic exercise.

punching to upbeat music. This explosive workout is designed to shed pounds
and increase upper and lower body strength with a strong focus on abdominals. Also, we will combine weight training and general conditioning to shape the
total body. We’ll work on improving strength, endurance and flexibility. This
class is good for first time exercisers and fitness enthusiasts alike. No need to be intimidated by the gym or bored with your workouts any longer! Weights and a mat are recommended. Please do not purchase weights until after first class when recommendations will be discussed.
