An experienced and certified fitness instructor will teach you the fundamentals of weight management, cardio respiratory fitness, core fitness, muscular and endurance training. Class includes progress journal and body fat analysis before and after the boot camp! Tips on healthy eating will be discussed and encouraged. This camp does not discriminate!
